What's included

Your RS DataViz BI subscription includes managed hosting, initial setup tailored to your use case, the RS theme applied, tool updates, backups, and support with a committed response time. No setup fee and no lock-in contract — you can cancel anytime. You pay for creators; people who only view reports cost nothing.

The foundation is open-source software (Apache Superset). You are never locked in: you can take your data with you at any time. On the enterprise plan, we implement and support the PlaidCloud platform in Brazil — no service is official or endorsed by the maintainers of these tools. Customizations and integrations outside the standard scope are quoted separately.
